Barbara Morgan-Eaves has performed in the repertory groups of Bruce Taylor and Daniel Nagrin with Alvin Ailey American Dance Centre and the American Dancemachine. She has taught in Charlotte and studied free-lance in New York since she was 16 years old. Barbara has owned and directed Rhythm Dance Studio since 1985.
Tiffany started dancing at the age of nine. After winning numerous awards and titles, including the prestigious World Tap Dance Championship. Tiffany furthered her education at State University of New York where she received her Bachelor of Art Degree in Dance.
Former Student at Rhythm Dance Studio. She attended Western Carolina University where she was captain of he Dance team and went on to be an instructor for the Universal Dance Association. She is also a freelance makeup artist specializing in bridal in Charlotte. Layne is married with two beautiful children.
Laura Brown is a graduate of UNCC. She teaches Ballet Technique, History, and Repertory at Queen's University. Professionally Laura danced with the Tampa Bay Co. in Florida for several years performing The Nutcracker, Coppelia, Carmen and other well known Battets.
Laura began her teaching career in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System where she was called upon to implement a dance program and syllabus for Nothwest School of the Arts.

Butler University BA cum laude and UNC-G MFA; Delia Neil is a professor at UNCC, Teaching Ballet Technique, History, and Repertory. In NYC, Delia taught at Ballet Hispanico and for Zena Rommet. In addition to her formal education, Delia has trained extensively with the Martha Graham and David Howard Schools as well as with Harkness House.
Morgan Eaves grew up dancing at Rhythm Dance Studio under the direction of award winning artists such as Barbara Morgan Eaves, Tiffany Hilliard, and Delia Neil. During her time at Rhythm, she participated in many competitions and conventions on regional and national levels, receiving several achievements, awards, and titles. Upon graduating from Rhythm, Morgan attended Wake Forest University where she was a member of the school's dance company and dance team, President of Setting the Groove Tap Club, and taught at local dance studios. In May of 2019, Morgan graduated Magna Cum Laude from WFU with a bachelor of the arts in Communication, Japanese, and Dance. She is now pursuing a career in Washington, DC while continuing to run our social media and a variety of initiatives for competitive students.
Epiphany Hardin started dancing at the age of 2 and started competing at the age of 6. Epiphany danced with Rhythm Dance Studio most of her dance career in Matthews, North Carolina. Here she had the privilege of studying tap under Tiffany Hilliard and jazz under Barbara Eaves. Epiphany then began to dance on the dance team at High Point University and became captain in 2016. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science in May of 2019. Epiphany began teaching dance at the age of 20 and hopes that she will continue to teach dance and inspire other students to love dance just as much as she does.
