Barbara Morgan-Eaves has performed in the repertory groups of Bruce Taylor and Daniel Nagrin with Alvin Ailey American Dance Centre and the American Dancemachine. She has taught in Charlotte and studied free-lance in New York since she was 16 years old. Barbara has owned and directed Rhythm Dance Studio since 1985.
Tiffany started dancing at the age of nine. After winning numerous awards and titles, including the prestigious World Tap Dance Championship, Tiffany furthered her education at State University of New York where she received her Bachelor of Art Degree in Dance.

She is also a freelance makeup artist specializing in bridal in Charlotte. Layne is married with two beautiful children.

Laura began her teaching career in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg School System where she was called upon to implement a dance program and syllabus for Nothwest School of the Arts.

Butler University BA Cum Laude and UNC-G MFA; Delia Neil is a professor at UNCC, Teaching Ballet Technique, History, and Repertory. In NYC, Delia taught at Ballet Hispanico and for Zena Rommet. In addition to her formal education, Delia has trained extensively with the Martha Graham and David Howard Schools as well as with Harkness House.

Morgan is now pursuing a career in Washington, DC while continuing to run our social media and a variety of initiatives for competitive students.
Epiphany Hardin started dancing at the age of 2 and started competing at the age of 6. Epiphany danced with Rhythm Dance Studio most of her dance career in Matthews, North Carolina. Here she had the privilege of studying tap under Tiffany Hilliard and jazz under Barbara Eaves. Epiphany then began to dance on the dance team at High Point U

She attended East Carolina University, where she joined the Dance Team and received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Health Fitness. She is entering her fourth year as an Atlanta Falcons Cheerleader and can’t wait to share her passion to inspire all those around her. One of her favorite quotes was said by one of her favorite characters Winnie the Pooh, “How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard." Dance has always been her light, joy and driving force, and she hopes to share her many stories of her experience to help everyone grow to be not only be a great dancer but to be a great individual as well.
